General

All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory on our website, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will contact you regarding the unavailable item and offer the option to wait for restocking, choose an alternative product, or receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and dimensions of the order. The shipping cost displayed during checkout is the final amount payable by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Due to Change of Mind

ShikhaFab accepts returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

    • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • Original packaging and tags are intact.

    • The product is suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange the return shipment themselves.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the situation. Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and order details. After verification, we will offer:

    • A replacement item (subject to stock availability)

    • Store credit

    • Refund to the original payment method

Delivery Terms

Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders within India are generally delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International orders usually arrive within 4–22 business days depending on the destination country and courier partner selected at checkout.

Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during regular business hours, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

Change of Delivery Address

Customers may request changes to the delivery address before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, address modifications may not be possible.

Items Out of Stock

If any item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform you promptly and provide suitable alternatives, delayed shipment options, or a refund.

Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details will be sent so you can monitor your shipment status.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate the issue with the courier partner.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the package if possible and notify our support team immediately. If the package was delivered in your absence, contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the package and product.

Duties & Taxes

Domestic Orders

Applicable GST and taxes are included in product pricing where required by law.

International Orders

Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified during checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, customers may refer to the return policy after receiving the product.

Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit up to the value covered by the courier partner.

Lost Parcels

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier company after investigation, ShikhaFab will issue a replacement or full refund accordingly.
